Dalgona Coffee is a tasty beverage made with equal parts instant coffee powder, sugar, and hot water. You'll need a whisk or hand mixer, a medium bowl, and Café Bustelo® Ground Espresso Coffee to begin. Then, start whipping until the mixture reaches a light and fluffy consistency. Add your mixture to a glass of milk and top with cocoa powder or honey, if desired. Enjoy!

- 2 tablespoons Café Bustelo® Espresso Instant Coffee
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ice cubes
- 2 cups milk
- cocoa powder or honey, for garnish (optional)

Directions

COMBINE espresso, hot water and sugar in a medium bowl.

BEAT with hand mixer on high speed about 3 minutes or whisk vigorously about 8 minutes, until mixture is light and fluffy.

FILL 2 glasses with ice cubes. Top with milk. Spoon coffee mixture on top of each serving. Dust with cocoa powder or drizzle with honey, if desired. Stir gently to combine before drinking.
